General Care of Indoor Plants

Here are the RPC tips for your indoor plants:
- minimum temperature 17 degrees
- light: very bright with some direct sunlight for almost everyone
- Potting soil: we recommend repotting during the growing season (May-September) with indoor plant potting soil. We also sell top quality mixes on the site.
- Watering: Overwatering is enemy number one, water when your soil is almost dry.
- Repot in a slightly larger pot but don't skip the steps, and keep in mind that after repotting your soil will dry out a little less quickly so adjust the watering.
- Ambient humidity: most indoor plants are tropical plants, keep an eye on your ambient humidity, if it is hot the plants transpire more and good humidity is required, conversely if it is cold the air must not be too humid
- pests: you will inevitably have some at some point, be prepared and monitor, clean up to avoid a massive invasion. If you spot something, try manual control first, then biological control with predators, and last resort chemical (in concentrate, do not use diluted spray)
just in case:
- do not repot in a planter, make sure there is drainage and do not let your plants sit in water, we do not sell aquatic plants here.
- do not repot immediately after receiving your plant, it will be a little stressed by the journey in the parcel
