Climbing Plant Care: Tips
|

Here are the RPC tips for your climbing monstera and philo:
- minimum temperature 18 degrees
- light: a little direct sunlight helps to reduce internodal spaces and expand fenestrations
- Potting soil: you can repot almost all year round, but if you can wait until the warmer months, it's better. Choose a well-draining mix if possible; we sell a top-quality recipe specifically for aroids on the site.
- watering: you can let it dry before watering again
- humidity: ambient humidity
- Tutor: Huge, hyper-fenestrated leaves are yours. If you have very good humidity, aerial roots will develop on almost any support, but if your humidity is normal (around 40%) your best bet is with sphagnum tutors, to be kept moist
Pro tip: some monsteras produce runners, you can cut them to make lots of cuttings
